NOLA provides construction management and coordination services for commercial and multifamily residential projects. As an owner's representative, we guide a project to completion while creating value for clients through all phases of development and construction.
From identifying and evaluating an investment's potential, to consultation on budget and scope for the project, NOLA provides design and build services to bring the project in on budget and maximize your investment.
FEATURED PROJECT
This vacation home had recently sold and was in need of some style updates and upgrades. This included painting all the interior walls, installing new flooring on two levels, and upgrading the existing steam shower in the master bedroom to an all tile, extra large walk-in shower.
